I can't think of any realistic option other than colin's.

 

I've never seen any commercially available product to do this, though it wouldn't surprise me if someone had DIY-adapted a venetian blind.

Fit a curtain track around the cab, Silent Gliss is the usual track that many manufacturers use, then have your local curtain maker knock up some voil curtains...........NO NOT NETS......Voils are like a sheer fabric often used in Kraut vans;-)

Well , SilverScreens do a Windscreen cover that has a 'Priva-see' panel, which lets you see out, but folk can't see in.

don't know if they have one for 1990 Transit though ? they have been making them since 1987.

Hi, How about some bubble wrap attached with velcro to the inside of the windscreen. It lets light through and you can still see through from inside the vehicle, but much more difficult to see into the vehicle from outside.

 

We use the idea to reduce internal condensation during colder weather.
