British couple rescued from Motorhome in the Amazon

It's good to hear that they're okay..

I just hope their Unimog isn't too badly damaged(..especially after the army have dragged it back out of the ravine!? 8-) )

 

..I *was* looking forward to our upcoming weekend in Cheltenham...but for some reason,after looking at their blog of their travels through South Amerca,I'm now feeling slightly "deflated"... *-)

(..Oh well!..at least our vehicle is the right way up,though eh! ;-) )

Crikey, they were so lucky to get out of that ravine! I take it the Unimog is still there or is their insurance company getting that out too?
