Scarborough lamp posts

I'm parked at Scarborough using the free Wi-Fi with the van side door open. People tend to look in as they pass by, and when I told her what I was doing a woman suggested I could run a wire to the lamp post and take advantage of the free electricity as well. Trouble is they have those fancy metal lamp posts now, covered in seaguul crap and too slippery to climb up to the bulb. Does anyone know how you can get the bottom cover open to wire a mains lead in there (?)

Pack dynamite in the gap between the plate.

But move the van first.

Don't try this at home children!

Cool B-)

The shops have got fireworks in now so I'll see if I can get enough bangers to do the job :-D

You could lash a tugger to the lamp post first, to help deaden the explosion;-)(lol)
