Part Time Posted November 29, 2011 Share Posted November 29, 2011 Some time back I had reason to let fly at Snooper about their products. In fairness to them I am now happy to report that they have, in so far as I am able to check, rectified the problems I encountered by way of updated software and map. The best test will come in January when I venture once more beyond our shores (and of course the ever trusty AA map will not be far away). It took a letter to the CEO to finally get the appropriate action and the whole process from initial complaint to resolution took six weeks. I leave you to make up your own minds as to whether or not you deem that acceptable but I find the hoops we have to jump through with so many suppliers just to get acceptable service just a little annoying.
