Give them a metal detector and send them to do point duty in Afganistan and tell them that they can keep all of the metal that they find. Cameron and his cohorts decided that too many petitions were becoming eligable so they have upped the requirements, just shows how the MP's shift the goalposts when it don't go in their favour.
