rolandrat
Not to long ago I was having a few problems being fixed at the dealers and was sat in reception when a couple came in with a new Burstner A class that had a bad water leak on the roof where it joins onto the back panel. It had caused considerable damage to their bedding and mattress. They had to use Gaffer tape to prevent it getting worse. They was told that the back panel would have to be removed and the job would take some considerable time to put right. They was given a courtesy car and sent on their way. Yesterday I was told that a friend of mine was woken at 4-30am last Sunday morning with water cascading down on them, they also have a Burstner A class similar age, so could there be a design problem with this manufacturer or is it down to poor assembly line management. If anyone owns one of these models it might be in your interest to get a ladder and have a look at the rear panel joint to see if it is sealed alright.
