rolandrat
These pumps are so cheap its easier just to go out and buy one and just change it over, mine cost £39 from Todds. There is a strong possibility that the wishbone rocker is sticking or as Brian has said, the diaphram could have a split in it. I always carry a spare one along with a gas regulator. rolandrat
After thought. If you decide to buy a replacement make sure you buy a similar one as there are ones available at considerably higher working pressures, ok if you want a power shower. The pressure rating is on the side of the pump.
neillking
Replacement Head Units re also available for both Shurflo ad Posiflo (interchangeable). These are often better bets for the all 'thumbs' DIYers amongst us - these units are fairly easily damaged during unskilled dismantling and reassembly whereas replacing the head as a complete item is fairly straightforward.
