spospe
Up to now about 1 in 10 of our Christmas mail has arrived through the letterbox with the stamps unfranked. The question is, what to do with the unfranked stamps?
Guest pelmetman
Years ago, when I could be bothered I used to steam them off and reuse them :$ Now I cut off all the stamps that arrive in the post, whether franked or not and collect them for different charities. Colin Leake
You can't get the new style ones off anymore. We've tried!
Guest Tracker
Steam the envelopes open and use a label over the address to use them again and save the cost of an envelope too!

Yes you can, instead of steaming them off, put them in boiling water for a few seconds until they come off easily .... hubby's a dab hand at it! *-)
