Guest JudgeMental
Cardiovascular Exercise THIS IS NOT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS! Pass to all 50 yrs and older & anyone else who could benefit. Cardiovascular Exercise The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass. If you're over 50, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some. Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program! Scroll Down. NOW SCROLL UP.. That's enough for the first day. Great job. Have a glass of Wine! Colin Leake
I'm seventy and I used to do 100 sit-ups twice a day. Now I've had the hernia fixed I've given that up.
Lord Braykewynde
I used to do a lot of sexual activity in my dreams and actually believed it was good exercise because I normally woke up perspiring. It took some time to realise that it was the missus having one of her hot sweats. Now my exercise consists of a lot of blinking to wake me up and a lot of mouse/keyboard exercise whilst having my oats :-)
