I just find it awkward as there are no activities, should as pub/shops - there is a small shop on site- nearby, without driving the camper there. It is ideal if you just want to put in your first/last night relaxing. Another good campsite is Ferrybank, on the north bridge in Wexford Town. There is a hotel at the entrance to the campsite, and a 12 minute walk over the bridge will land you in the middle of the town. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Symbol Owner Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 Hi, John, If all that you want to do is leave your 'van there for a handover -- St. Margarets is the logical choice -- we used it both ways when touring Eire last year.
