Andy2253
I have the above motorhome and extremely delighted with it - apart from the shower door. I am presuming that the door with the sink attached should stay shut when not in use - not this one, if not restrained with a strap, will merrily move backwards and forewards on its own account. Anyone experienced this and if so, any solutions?
flicka
Hi Andy & welcome to the forum. Our Autocruise (different model) & most others I have viewed have a 1/4 turn catch to retain the Shower "Swing Wall" in-situ. They are normally Biege coloured & located towards the top. If you can't find it, is there a hole where it may have been.? I will try getting a photo,if you need to identify further, but it would not be until the weekend. Andy2253
Hi, yes that door functions correctly and the wee fastener works fine. Its the main door with the sink attached to it that moves. There is gas strut at the top which is supposed to hold it back but not effectively. The well known dealer that it was purchased from seems to ignore my pleas every time I e mail them ! Perhaps a stronger strut may help but I'm unsure about this.
