Guest JudgeMental Posted March 26, 2012 Share Posted March 26, 2012 An e bike is no different under the law to a peddle bike and long may it remain so...In Germany they have a High speed class or S class(45 kmh) but these are classed like mopeds, and need insurance , number plate and helmet, but thy cant use cycleways etc.....
