Mickydripin Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Hi I have serched and not been successful in findind a drive away Awning. do you have or know enybody that has a used decent size drive away awning for a motorhome that is for sale. the size that I want must be at least 3mx2m or over and at a good price. With what I have spent just lateley for our travels the other half will kill me if I pay too much unless I dont tell her. I have a NR drive away awning but it is only about 8`x6 and I would swap that for a larger one plus pay a bit extra if needed I do not want the thin polyesta one as when the wind blows it blows in france and it sounds like a thunderstorm inside. One of them globus 111 would be great (lol) but I need to take out a morgage for one of them. I dont want one of thoes that have hundreds of guy ropes on them. I want something like the Dorema highlander or the Starcamp 11. "or or the "Globus"! *-) (lol)

The one that I had last year a Movalite XL took up more room with the guy ropes than the tent and was so noisey in the wind, At the end of my stay it was falling apart so I left it for the campers. almost £250 down the drain Mike.
