Recently we got the MH out to scoot off to Anglesey for an extended weekend only to find a constant flow of water from the shower head. Looking for a Rollerteam dealer we dropped upon Davan in W-S-M. A quick phone call to them revealed it was 'possibly' a frost damaged tap. I admit to being sceptical about this because the MH is always drained down and taps left open after every use and the intervening period had not been too cold. However with a promise from Davan to give the system the once over off I set for W-S-M some 40 miles or so away. On arrival a nice lady receptionist remembered my call and went to fetch a 'technical spanner' chappie. Within 20 minutes we had the system checked and confirmed it was a frost damaged tap. All in it took about 30 minutes to sort and fit a new tap internal mechanism. Weekend away....saved. The charge for this service............'the price of the replacement part....and nothing else'.
