John J Thompson Posted April 20, 2012 Share Posted April 20, 2012 On the Motorhome365Association Forum which is a forum for those who use their Motorhome fulltime or longterm, including those thinking of fulltiming or long terming. A member asked if it would be possible for a large circulaion magazine to instigate a survey of readers motorhome use. a) solely for occasional holidays b) Extended periods of touring (Long Terming) ie. trips lasting 60, 90 or more days days as stipulated in insurance policies. or c) Fulltime, living permanently in their Motorhome/RV. We think that it may be useful to have hard factual statistical data, then when we (or other Motohome groups) are seeking to justify change, concessions or exemptions it can be based on a requirement for a large number of users rather than a request or approach for, or on behalf of, a single user.
