Taking the dog to Switzerland

Well we have the pet passport and if the weather carries on like this, we will NOT be touring NW Scotland as originally planned, so instead we'll try our first motorhome trip to Europe. Are there any special considerations I need to be aware of when visiting Switzerland with the dog ?

We took ours last year.No problems at all.Took her on public transport, into a cathedral where she was much admired and had her photo taken by a few people and into restaurants. One middle eastern guy came to the door of the halal restaurant and made a huge fuss of her.No problems on campsite either.

:-S Walking and cycling paths are well indicated and all over Switzerland.Basel tends to be a bad place to enter a bit further south col du roche which is "open" mostly dont cross at night 8-) Flying controls are better.

A pleasant route with lots of stopping is via St Hippolett(spelling) to St Ursane (CH) drive through

Shopping for laptop https://www.digitec.ch/Startseite.aspx mostly good price shops in certain areas

Dogs they have more than enought but i never see any mess there *-)

Have a good time
