... which is relevant to motorhoming because that makes me 15 times as old as my motorhome.

 

Off to London later, on a real TRAIN, to spend the weekend at our daughter's where several things are planned.

Then back Sunday afternoon for tea with the people at Church (who've let me off duty otherwise!)

Hey congrats old timer! :D

 

I am 60 in December, I know...I know....hard to believe for one so young at heart!lol Have organised a family tour of Golden triangle and Kerala in India for Christmas and then all being well (health) 3-4 months in Spain

 

Tony, have a smashing day! and celebrate your achievements with those you love :-D

 

could have probably got you some theatre ticket for a london show....if I had been there :-S

Happy Birthday Tony.

One of the best things about reaching 60 is that you'll receive your Bus Pass - you would in Wales - not sure about England.

My mate Rosie, mad as a hatter,

once told me that noughts don’t matter.

Therefore sixty you can’t be,

so you must be six, it seems to me.

 

And being six you’re free to be

like six year olds – that’s quite naughty.

So let your hair down, while you’ve got some,

and hope your party’s pretty awesome.

 

At your age it should be free,

your bus pass that is, don’t you see?

Now one more thing for me to pen,

we’re both officially - grumpy old men.

Sixty now you poor old fart

Give up work and take up art

Slippers await a lazy life

Stay at home - annoy the wife

 

So much to do - so much to see

Retiring is your best decision
