Swift Group, unsurisingly, prefers people to contact Swift dealerships for information.

 

However, I note that direct contact details are available here:

This may not be exactly what you want, but it may be the best you can get without contacting Swift first.

 

It may well be that Swift won't let people deal directly with their technical department unless they have first touched base with Swift's "Customer Care Team".

Swift are the most helpfull around at the moment. They run their own website called Swifttalk, get on their, you will get immediate feedback and a telephone number, contact name if needed.

Hi Pete,

Register on SWIFT-TALK and you can ask the Swift Techies whatever, they are indeed very helpful.

Ash Adir has helped me out in the past and nothing seems too much trouble for the team there.

Theres a quaint old fashioned view my last two vans have been Swift, both bought new and no problems at all. A lot better than the Hymer German rubbish I had before them, constant trouble no backup.
