chris
Our fridge was reading 12degrees on the weekend when on electric so I switched the fan on and it didnt make any noise indidcating it was working. Changed the fridge manually to gas and the fan worked then. Cant see anything in manual about the fan so my question is."Should the fan work on electric?" docted
Do you mean 12 degrees celsius or farnheit? If the the former you have a problem. The fan however is not to cool the fridge but the heat exchanger. If you had 12C inside I would suspect that the 240v supply is not powering the fridge and if you cannot check or fix yourself its time to go to the dealers workshop.
