Grumpy Grandad
Hi. You can park overnight at Millers Field, Ambleside for 10 pounds. Or if you are a MCC member for about 8 pounds. It's an easy walk into the town from there
ips
Are we talking about parking for a few hours during the day or overnight ?
HWO
Quite often a motorhome or two in the Rugby Club carpark at Keswick It is pay-and-display, but there are no lines on the ground to worry about getting the M/H in a certain sizes box It is useful if you want to wonder round Keswick, or restock the fridge at the very expensive Supermarket round the corner from it. Often you will see the odd M/H overnighting in it as well. HWO
mark hinde
We parked for the day in the public car park at Waterside while we took the Windermere Boat Trip. Lots of others there too but don't think you can overnight.
