keninpalamos
Location: Uffington, Profile PM Thanks for replying George. When I changed the thermcouple I stripped the grill right down pipes, jet & burner all washed out with a high pressure jet of propane gas then blew everything out with the air line at my garage. None of the burner holes are blocked and when it lights they all have a blue flame but not a very big one. Hence toast is 15 mins. away. Not sure about your spider theory All this points towards low gas pressure. The puzzle is everything else works fine including the oven on the same gas supply As iv'e stated before the grill worked fine several months ago but gradually it got less efficient and now I'm lucky if it stays alight for for 20-30 seconds before blowing it's self out Previous thread is on hints & tips.
