....the usual source for such "branded" spares if you can't get hold of them elsewhere is:

http://www.leisurespares.co.uk/

They're helpful over the 'phone, and will despatch quickly if in stock (which is greater than simply the list on the website).

You may also want to look here, as your model may be detailed:

As already said, you may take a sharp intake of breath at the price. :-S

While at it, you may wish to ask your local glazier if he can do it in laminated, rather than toughened, glass. Toughened, as you know, turns to sugar cubes when it breaks. Despite it name, it is easier to break, and more easily damaged than laminated. It is also more prone to break spontaneously due to impurities (the so-called inclusions) in the glass, that set up stress points when heat treated. Finally, should you have the misfortune to break a laminated replacement, it will merely crack, rather than shattering into a thousand pieces.

When a similar question was asked recently about a a cooker lid, someone suggested an aliminium cover as an alternative to glass. These can be sourced at http.//www.designal.co.uk.

I have not personally looked up this site but just made a note of it for future reference.

A valid link is here

http://www.designal.co.uk/

I'm doubtful though that the products advertised there would be suitable for a round Cramer sink (my Hobby has one).

If the requirement is to exploit the sink cover as additional kitchen work-surface, an alternative approach to replacing the glass lid might be to have a wooden insert made that fitted into the top of the sink. An example is shown in the 2nd photo here

A potential downside would be the safety requirement to store the wooden insert before travelling (or risk decapitation in an accident), but it would be more practical than glass and ought to be cheaper.
