The top mountings are different. 200D has bigger mountings than DB. 200DB is for vans with only 3 or 4 inches between the top of the rear windows and the top of the doors. The D is for vans where this space is larger, (high roof Transits etc). I have experience with this as a well known main agent fitted a 200D to my new AS Symbol when it should have been the DB or DJ. Needless to say the top fittings started to work loose after a week. I was not a happy bunny!! I do have a 200D for sale if you want. Little used, but you would need to buy the mountings for it.
