JENIAN
Can anyone tell me what fuel I should be using, leaded or unleaded, for my 1991 2lt Talbot Harmony please???????
Mel E
There is now no such thing as leaded fuel. There are additives you can use, but anything as recent as 1991 should have been converted to unleaded.

Dave Newell
Hi Jenian, unleaded is fine for your 2 litre petrol motor. These engines have an alloy head and so valve seat inserts are fitted anyway. Unleaded was only ever a problem on engines whose valve seats were machined out of the cast iron head itself. D.
