tonyishuk
Any ideas how you get the top off the fuse-box in the engine bay? I was looking for a fuse with had a live circuit with the ignition on. After unscrewing the nuts on the top of the fuse-box lid , I could not get the top off, it seemed either I had to remove the air filter or the headlight unit to get clearence. Surely not ? just to get to fuse ? Rgds
lennyhb
It's just a bit fiddly, wiggle it about a bit it will eventually come off, the hard bit is getting it back on :D I used F24 for a live feed with the ignition on, I used an "add a fuse connector". tonyishuk
Many thanks, I will try again and see if I can get it off. Was the fuse unit you fitted the type with the fuse lying on its side when the adaptor is put into the fuse box ? Rgds
lennyhb
Yes that's the one you put the original fuse in the spare slot in it.
