I have been looking at the website below, that lists a lot of Aires in France. http://p.t.l.free.fr/aires/menuaire.htm I understand some of the symbols such as WC, water available, electric hookup but I am not sure of the symbol with the camper van on it, is this drainage?? Also there is the symbol with the large P that somtimes has a funnel like thing next to the P and at other times the funnel is not there. I have found out that Honfleur is a bit pricey compared to others nearby, so will probably try one of the other ones for our first night. cheers Kevandali

Hi kevandali, The camper van sign does indicate drainage available and the 'P' sign has a parking meter sign next to it, not a funnel, which indicates there is a charge for the night, without indicates its free (gratuit) Try also - http://www.campingcar-infos.com/Francais/recherche.php and click on the dept req'd for another more comprehensive list of aires. pete.
