zak2442 Posted September 14, 2012 Share Posted September 14, 2012 Hi Guys,Have a Fiat Ducato Roadstar 2001 year,would anyone know if there is a switch somewhere in van that needs to switch from hook-up electric to onboard electric,it all works fine on hook-up but nothing runs when un plugged. cheers all keith. vindiboy Posted September 15, 2012 Share Posted September 15, 2012 Well if you are not [ Hooked up ] you won't have Mains electric, only 12 volt, so if this is not working you need to investigate why, is there a switch to turn the 12 volt on and off, my Hymer has this? if not there will be a main fuse near the Battery, is this blown or a bad connection.Are your batteries flat, put a tester on them and find out, that is the basics after that it can get complicated.
