nightrider
Just bought myself a spanking brand new cement mixer, bright orange and looks the business, woe betide my 2 lads if they get it dirty.
Tony Jones
Not content with mixing it on here then Malc? Seriously though, I know what you mean. Nothing more infuriating than when people insist on USING stuff you buy. It's almost as bad as buying a motorhome and then clocking up mileage on it! Retread24800
knight of the road - 2012-10-03 2:29 PMJust bought myself a spanking brand new cement mixer, bright orange and looks the business, woe betide my 2 lads if they get it dirty. No excuses it only needs a wash down immediately after use. Feel the same way about my other big boys toys :-)
nightrider
I adhere to that tried and tested adage, never a lender or borrower be, if ever I have been doing a job and needed a particular tool or machine I have gone out and bought it to speed the job up. On my garage/workshop I have a sign, the man who lends tools out has gone out to buy more. And one or two get real stroppy on being refused a borrow. Tracker
I've got a nice secondhand mixer you could have had at the bargain price of £150 - but don't tell Pelmetman 'cos he only asked me for £75 for it - I knew I should have knocked his price down a bit!!
