We might disable the Cat1 alarm but the Dog1 alarm is always activated,She loves strangers to come near the van, and it would make her day if someone stuck something in thro the window

Totally off topic but that reminds me of something that happened when we went away a few years ago for the weekend in our Rapido 709F.

When we arrived at the CL on Friday night we stopped outside the gate to have a look where best to put the van as the field sloped a lot. As we're stood there 'browsing' the site, we hear a 'clunk' and realised it was the central locking activating ... one of our dogs had stepped on the cab lock button ... as the central locking also included the habitation door we were locked out! 8-) The keys were still in the ignition and the drivers door window was open less than 2 inches so no way could we reach in to open it!!!! *-)

The only thing I could think of was to use a thin tree branch which happened to be on the ground nearby and stick that in through the gap to see if we could flick the door handle open ... great idea, but one problem ... the dogs thought it was a great game and had a tug of war with hubby!!!! :D

Once we've stopped laughing we persuade them to let go and eventually, after a lot of faffing, managed to flick the door handle and get back in and quickly grabbed the keys ... phew! :-D
