Fiat 2.5TD noise

Just started my Fiat 2.5TD (1996) and there is a noise like an alarm when I depress the clutch or the brake pedel. Any ideas?

Clutch release bearing failing.

Alternator belt loose or old and worn / battery is failing or very low on charge so load slips belt.

Hole in vacuum pipe to brake servo.

Turbo hose got a split or hole/loose connection.

Water Pump bearing.

 

These are the main reasons I know of for noise.
