Brit_Stops
Can't help thinking it'd be worth arranging things so it happens if they try it from the actual fuel inlet, too... https://twitter.com/Towsure/status/270537364944850945/photo/1 Steve
Tony Jones
Love it Steve, merits a "Darwin Award!" But yes, there must be a way of plumbing it so that even someone who goes to the right pipe gets the wrong stuff! (BtW, the link doesn't work - had to paste the back half into the address bar while on Twitter.)
Derek Uzzell
For some reason or other the link you provided doesn't work for me. Just in case that's true for others I've copied the link below and confirmed that it works: https://twitter.com/Towsure/status/270537364944850945/photo/1 It's actually an 'urban legend' - see this reference http://www.snopes.com/autos/theft/siphon.asp

Brit_Stops
Apologies for the dodgy link, chaps! Also didn't realise it was an urban myth, though if I'd have given it a little thought while chuckling to myself, I might have realised that RVs and motorhomes don't usually have inlets other than under the van, so are unlikely to be mistaken for fuel inlets. As urban myths go, I definitely prefer it to the one about gassing... Steve
