spospe Posted January 11, 2013 Share Posted January 11, 2013 I have just read the February 2013 edition and do feel that the standard of Q&A in Interchange has fallen below what it used to be. As an example read, "Throttled Performance" on page 196. I have found this difficult to follow in both the question and the answer. Or is it just me?
