steevw
I have travelled many times from UK to Greece in a VW camper. I now need to insure a small, low mileage, 1997 Nu-Venture motorhome for this year. My partner & I are both over 60 and we intend for our motorhome to stay in Europe for between 6 & 11 months. From experience, our mileage will be about 8000 miles per annum. Where do I start looking for an insurance company that will help me?

steevw
Thanks for the quick reply Mickt - do you have experience of Comfort - are they better in any way and why?
Mickt
I have been with Comfort for some years. Nice people to deal with although i have not yet put them to the test with a problem. .

steevw
I did find Safeguard but not tried them yet - the introductory offers are tempting though. Has anyone experience of Adrianflux?
maggyd
Were with Safeguard at the moment, but Caravan Guard is another good one.
hallii
Adrian Flux caused me an enormous amount of anguish. In the end I had to drive to their offices ( only 220 miles) to deliver a third set of papers, the first two having simply "disappeared" although they were sent recorded delivery and signed for! Of course that was just my experience, things may have changed and no doubt they have many happy customers. Comfort gets my vote (and my business) and now they have sorted the NCD out (another post) all is well. H
tugga
We are also with Comfort. Never had a problem so never made a claim but they are all very nice. Their prices are competitive though.
David Dwight
The best one we found for the present is LV due to age restrictions.
