thebishbus
Hi .Could be one of the side arms is stiff, putting uneven tension on the awning when winding in. Try lubricating any bearings that you can get to and the cable at the hinged joint. Brian B.

Brambles
Check the hinges in the centre of arm are not stiff by winding out a bit and push each side in ,in turn, to feel if the hing is stiff. Do not lubricate the nylon blocks and bolt arranment as they are suppose to have some friction. next you need to check the height of each arm. Roll out about half way or less and check the two half folded arms are level which presumably they are not. To adjust the one which is lower, you tighten the nut on the top bolt which goes through the nylon block from the hinge assembly on end of arm, but 1st ceck the lower one is pinched up. Just tightem the nut and you should see the arm raise. Instructions on how to do this are available on the Fiamma Website. Here you go...... http://www.fiamma.com/download/reparation/arms_regulation.pdf Hope this helps.
