We are considering whether to go to the show with a view to purchasing a couple of duvelays.

Has anyone been to the show/stand and knows of the deals available?

Living in Suffolk its a fair drive and may be worth ordering online with free delivery and saving the fuel costs.

Any information gratefully received.

Hi

Try ringing them and asking if they do a show discount and if yes could you get the discount over the phone. We purchased by phone about 4 years back and they gave us a great deal. They were very friendly and helpful

It's a long and expensive trip just to get a special offer!

Hi Greg

We visited the Duvalay Stand yesterday, can't remember all the discounts but the single bed memory foam which normally retails out at £70 each were on offer for £60 each at the Show. For a saving of £20 you're not going to travel very far! :-S We also met some people who said they'd got some memory foam from Pound Stretcher much cheaper.

Thanks Peter

Called them at lunchtime today, they didn't know what offers were available. She was going to find out and call me back within twenty minutes. Needless too say didn't hear hence asking the forum.

Very bulky, and memory foam makes you very hot in our experience.

By using different weight duvets - or no duvet insert at all - according to season they work very well for us.

No more overly hard beds, no more coming untucked, no more bed making - just snugly snugly in winter and cool enough in summer!

But they are bulky to store.

Hello Greg,

The price at the show yesterday was £119.95 including a carrying bag. There was a limited choice of colours and they claimed to have almost sold out on Tuesday and were doing very well on Wednesday. We purchased two and agree that they are heavy and we were pleased to put them down on reaching our car.

As we were carrying them out a very nice couple told us how pleased they were with theirs, so hopefully we will be just as happy with ours.

Hope this helps.

Rodger.

We bought our Duvalays 3 years ago, plus a large topper for the bed at home. 2 changes of covers. all for a very good deal.

Still very happy with ours, and much more 'hygenic' than sleeping bags. Ray

Hi

Looking back at my receipts it doesn't seem possible thats we purchased ours 4 years ago.

We purchased, 2 lots of sheets and pillow cases so that we can change sheets whilst we are away

Summer and Winter duvets - the winter duvets are bulky but very warm and ideal for skiing holidays whilst the summer weight is ideal for warm climes.

Two carry bags.

We had ours on a special offer where we had the whole bundle for a special price and have never regretted the decision. We have a panel van so the bags sit on on seats in the back whilst we are on the move and once we stop we flip them over on the the driver and passenger seats. It works well for us.

Peter
