Guest Peter H
Have just spent a week in the French part at a place called Givet 3km from the Belgian border. We stayed on the municipal campsite at 5.50 euros per night for a motorhome and two people. You cross the backwards and forwards int Belgium on most of the roads. We had a very enjoyable time and will be going back very soon
Roy
There is a dedicated Aire with facilities at Hamoir (S.E of Huy) with free parking in two areas on the banks of the River Ourthe. Also two camp sites nearby plus supermarket/fuel. Try to visit Han sur Lesse further S.W- for super cave system etc. where there is dedicated overnight parking (car park) with 24hour water/emptying. Daytime toilets. Super Aire with electric, toilets and showers at Stenay S.E of Sedan in France.(Charge). Many Belgian towns/villages have overnight motor caravan parking faciltiies but not many of them have facilities. Best wishes. Roy.
Mel E
Don't forget that north Luxembourg is also in the Ardennes. It's the richest state in Europe, but prices are much lower than Belgium (or France), especially so for fuel. Lux is also the cleanest, tidiest and neatest country I've ever visited.
