campervanista Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 The mp3 function on my X250 will only operate while the ignition is on, it reverts to CD or Radio as one switches off. I have searched the menu options to no avail. It is the new shiny black one with a trailing USB in the locker beneath into which I insert a memory stick rather than a socket on the front of the set, I am not sure which is the earlier set up. euroserv Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 Hello, It was the same on the older vans too. They gained a USB socket if you had the 'Blue&Me' option. It requires other circuits to be live and not just the radio so is not available when the ignition is switched off. Your only option is to use an FM modulator plugged into an MP3 device or 'burn' some MP3 files onto a CDR and use that instead. Nick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
