France Passion sent me an e-mail about this (which ended up in my spam folder). You begin the process by entering the "Members Area" via this webpage https://www.france-passion.com/fp/form/fr/espaceadherent/ The Members Area information is currently just in French and the cost of the download is €2. The download software is said to be Windows-compatible only, which would impact on me as a Apple-Mac user except I've no particular interest in downloading FP-site GPS data anyway. Brest of duck...
