mildi Posted May 8, 2013 Share Posted May 8, 2013 Hi, Not sure if anyone can help but I would like to read the offline MMM on my netbook which has Win 7. I have downloaded the free copy and can read it online but the offline reader just shows the cover and will not open. Please don't ask ne to contact pocketmags as they have not replied to the three emails I have sent, they are only interested in the revenue and have no customer service, or is there another site I can purchase the digital edition? Andrew MMM Posted May 13, 2013 Share Posted May 13, 2013 Hi mildi, My colleague in marketing has asked me to pass on the following info: Sorry you didn’t receive a response from Pocketmags direct, they have apologised for missing this email – we have checked with them and their advice is to reinstall the Offline Reader – you should then be able to click on the cover and stream the issue. If you have continued problems, please contact help@pocketmags.com and state MMM Forum in the subject title. I hope that helps - do let us know if not.
