David Dwight
Has anyone else noticed, or is it just us that new cars do not have indicaters. Several times over the last few weeks we have noticed cars turning off and not indicating to do so, and they have nearly all been new reg. Dave Yes and the problem witih all these gizmos and computer controlled stuff is that 10 years down the line when I get around to buying one of these cars second hand everything will break or already be broken. David I think they all suffer from very poor eyesight as well, needing their spot lights or headlights on to see. :-D mind you Volvo drivers have never been able to see. :D

David I think they all suffer from very poor eyesight as well, needing their spot lights or headlights on to see. :-D mind you Volvo drivers have never been able to see. :D Didn;t need to. When you are driving basically a tank you can 'sink' anything you hit. Pity they don't make 'em like that anymore. I do not know any other car maker that will give you an award when the engine passes 500000 miles, and an even better one at 1 million miles, and many have claimed them. Now all I hear on the campsite is complaints re Fiat and new motorhomes dying 'deaths' within the 1st year. One lady has a 1 year old Bessacarr and cannot leave Spain until a 'sensor' is replaced but Fiat do not have a replacement anywhere in Spain. Coming from Italy in about a week, so she is not a happy camper.

David There is actually a serious problem with several cars that have DRL's, the designers have buried the indicators inside a 'ring' of LED's this makes the indicator very hard to see. Still, much better to have style rather than substance. :-S
