Hawcara
My wife often goes to the local college to get her hair coloured and cut for a cheap rate. They take a while but the product is just as good. Anwyay she just called (I have a day off and she is off sick with broken ankle) and asked do I want a cut (wife usually shears me). Off I went, top job, 15 mins or so and totally free. Try it. :-D
