Oddsnends
Having gone through a set of non-stick camping pans only used the in the van a few times beginning to wonder if they are worth it, there’s only the two of us with a two burner hob & oven. I was wondering how many pot and pans the more experienced of you take and are they normal household variety. Cheers Matt

Tracker
One frying pan with lid, one small saucepan with lid, one medium size saucepan with lid, one baking tray. All very good quality as they are easier to clean than cheapies. We're on holiday so simple meals only and serious cooking is banned and we eat out if we fancy posh nosh! colin
We use pretty much the same as our home gear. A Tefal frying pan, Judge small and medium stainless saucepans, and stainless steam pan which fits on saucepan
Tony Jones
We bought a non-stick set made by Campingaz, 5 years ago, they're great. S,M,L saucepans + frying pan, all pack into a case that lives in the oven. One baking tray, and an ovenproof pot dish. Oh, and a lightweight griddle pan. Nearly forgot, a small wok. Yes, we COOK! :D

JohnP
I purchased a set of three saucepans and a frying pan made by Tefal about twelve years ago. They have clip on/off handles so nest easily. Nonstick surface is still as good as new. Auchan stock them. Not cheap but certainly long lasting.
Mel B
I too have some of the Tefal Ingenio pans (that's the name of the range with removable handles) which I got in France. When I was in a supermarket there last week some of the frying pans in the range (24cm and 28cm I think!) were being sold off for €5 and €8 euros (pan only, no handle) which were a real bargain, the handles were around €9-€10 euros. Some of the larger French supermarkets also sell their own version of these which are cheaper and their removable handles are certainly cheaper. Apart from the obvious storage benefit due to no handle to have to cater for on the side of the pans so they stack into each other taking minimal space, they can also be used under a grill or in an oven as you won't melt the handle either. The only downside with these is that the handle is heavy so when it is put on the small saucepan it can topple over unless there's something in it! *-)
