Sparky7 Posted June 30, 2013 Share Posted June 30, 2013 The caravan door on my Nuevo frequently jams and can then only be opened from the outside. The problem seems to be that one of the spindles on the bottom catch sticks half way to the open position. After a lot of oiling and greasing, the catch works again for a bit but then the problem starts again. Clearly, this has severe safety implications in that we couldn't get out quickly in an emergency. Marquis have had one go at fixing this, and they will have another attempt at the habitation service which will be just before the guarantee is up. I know of another camper with a similar type of door who has also had problems, which have never been completely resolved. Have any of you had a problem with these doors?
