The Last Supper

I've been wondering. Did Jesus ever pay for the last supper? Or did he go 'Ah, just sod it ! The bastards are going to crucify me anyway so why pay the supper bill? What can they do? Crucify me twice for not paying the bill?

My understanding is there was quite a to-do when the bill came.

 

"Who had the loaves?"

 

"I never had the fishes" etc.

 

Then someone, Judas I believe, wanted to knock off the service charge and Thomas doubted they'd ever eat there again.

 

Only hearsay, mind you.
