Just sitting here in the van at camping des Abbers Landeda ,raining at the moment, been away four weeks, just booked a ferry for next Sunday Roscoff to Plymouth £170 that's not bad is it, 17 euros a night here ,for the site and the position its in that's not to bad, July and August it,s 90% Germans on the site nobody knows why they come this far but they do,they all seam nice and friendley , diesel 1.38 euros at Supermarket, it,s just mile after mile of empty beaches, no parking charges, allot of the aires are now charging,anyway here,s a joke, this guy is just sitting down to watch the cup final, his wife comes in and says there's a French market on in town and she fancies trying some snails and if he hurries he will be back before the football starts and not to go in the pub, so of he goes to the market gets the snails on the way back his mate comes out of the pub shouts over to him the match as started and to come and watch it in the pub so he thinks if he watches it till half time is wife wont mind, anyway half time comes and he,s had a bit to drink so he stops for the whole match staggers out the pub having had far to much to drink gets home as he,s walking up the path he catches the bag of snails on a rose bush and they go all over the path at that is wife comes to the door, where the hell have you been you better not have been in the pub she says, the guy looks at is wife and then down at the snails all over the path and say,s well done lads nearly there not far to go know
