Keith T
We are hoping to visit Lincoln whilst on a trip 'north' - well it is if you live like us in Cornwall! -in October. Any recommendations of where to park the motorhome ( low profile only 5.75m long) for the day, any P&R fcilities, or any sites overnight with public transport nearby? Thanks. david lloyd
Hi Keith Try The Lawn car park it has parking for motorhomes - Union Road (large board at the entrance marked 'The Meeting house'. Approach from the north side of the city via the A46 or B1398 Burton Road. Do not use coach park. Car park is approx 100 m from West gate entrance to the castle. Charges £3 for up to 4 hours - £4 over 4 hours. Regards, david
Don Madge
David This site is within three miles of Lincoln and has a good reputation. I must admit it's many years since we were last there. http://tinyurl.com/r7jcg Don
Roy
Hi Keith, MMM's feature The Height Fight, lists parking for motor caravans in Lincoln at The Lawn car park, Union Road (entrance board marked The Meeting House). Approach from north via A46 or B1398 Burton Road (do not use coach park). Hope this helps. Haven't tried it myself. Roy.
