johnnerontheroad
Am I the only pearson who cannot stand Sherlock? The other half loves it. Dave
Dave225
It is the lesser of evils re the Channels, and no adverts. However for a crime drama the Bridge gets it for me. I just love Saga when she looks at the guy and says. 'You want sex??' and then jumps up to look at pictures of a decapitated corpse. No wonder her sdiekick looks at her strangely, although he is no better at times.

bolero boy
Having not heard of "the Bridge", I looked it up and was amazed to see that the plot was identical to "the Tunnel" (referring to the Channel Tunnel) which has just ended its first series on Sky 1 HD. Dave225
But there is a Bridge 2 just started on BBC4. Now Saga is trying to be normal, and it does not work too well, even though she reads all the books.

Colin Leake
Absolute crap I can only suppose someone is trying to prove how clever they are. Just watched the first episode of the new Bletchly Circle. Much better and even I can follow it. With Sherlock I had no idea what was supposed to be going on. I do like the midsummer murder series but find it difficult to stay awake for a two hour programm so I record it then time slip it. That way if I fall asleep I can go back to where I nodded of. Colin Leake
I have it on good authority that the reason it is only a three episode series is that after the third the BBC finally realised the director was quite mad and had him committed for treatment!
