Pipkim Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 Calling all new Knaus owners. We have been looking at the new Knaus range and their fancy “Service Box”. Does anyone have any experience of using it? The hook up cable installation seems to be a pain in that you have to grovel on the floor & under the side skirts to push the plug through an aperture in the service box floor to be able to hook up. Also the water supply arrangement seems a retrograde step in that you appear to have to unscrew a cap in the side of the tank and push your hose in. The “normal” filling arrangement was far less hassle. The other equipment in this box, such as the aperture for cleaning the fresh water tank and the dump valves for fresh & waste water, appear to be sensibly located.
