We have to put our motorhome in a storage facility later this year and I want to use my local campsite which is 2 miles up the road from us. It has locked gates, 24 hour security guard, 24 hour cctv, perimeter fencing around the site and the staff there have been very helpful to us and assured me that they will look after my motorhome. The only thing is that my insurance company wont allow it because it is not cassoa rated and does not have a locked internal area for the motorhome. The cassoa sites we have looked at want over £500.00 per year to store our motorhome and my insurance company want an extra 15 quid as well on top of what I pay already. Unfortunately I have just started my policy with my insurance company so if I cancel I will loose a big chunk of money. I would really like to use my local site, as I have said, the staff there have been very helpful and I would trust them to look after our motorhome. Any suggestions!!! :-) Andy in Somerset.
