sshortcircuit
Hopefully problem resolved by now however can he remove pump from Aquaroll, open a tap and see if the pump turns. The pump impeller is visible and can he try and turn it with a small screwdriver to ensure it is free. Has he checked fuses? The connection to the caravan could have a dirty contact so if it can be pulled in and out to ensure a good connection. Please feedback how he got on. Rayjsj
Caravans and some Foreign Motorhomes use Taps with built in microswitches, along with submersable Pumps, these are very prone to corrosion and poor connections . Inboard Pumps are far better and have less problems. Problem with Aquarolls is they are Round, and don't lend themselves to packing away neatly in a motorhome. ips
Bad/ dirty connection were pump plugs into van or faulty tap microswitch. Probably the former imo.
